Amenity Product Care Protocol
Ensure the most from your guest amenity products
500ml Bottles
- Ensure that no water or foreign materials get into the bottle. Be especially careful with the storage of empty bottles. Store empty bottles covered or in closed boxes.
- Ensure that the pumps and neck of dispenser bottles are kept clean at all times.
- 500ml bottles and pumps should be replaced every 6 months.
- Dented/Damaged Bottles must be replaced.
- All pumps should be unlocked in the open position when in place.
5l Bulk Liquid Refills
- Once opened, please use within 12 months at the maximum
- Only one jug of a particular fill should be open at a time.
- Do not leave the cap off. Close jugs after each usage and leave them clean.
- Store away from hot temperatures, in a cool, dry environment, away from direct sunlight.
- Store away from chemicals such as bleach or other strong smelling materials.
- Store away from areas where there is potential for pollution such as excess dust.
- Ensure that no water or foreign materials get into the drum.
- Limit the number of decants where possible.
- Jugs should have individual pumps applied to them to avoid any cross contamination.
- Ensure that the funnel/pumps used for refilling and the neck of refill drums are kept clean at all times.
Brackets
- Clean regularly using a soft damp cloth and using non-chloride containing cleaning materials.
- Wipe off standing water to avoid limescale marks.
Diffusers
- Reeds should be flipped weekly
- Replace Reeds every 4-6 months depending on dust accumulation
