5-10 working days. FREE with orders over £250. Shipping on orders under £250 is charged at £25.

10-20 working days service: $60. We will not refund duties and taxes charged by your delivery country.

EU
10-20 working days service: €40. We will not refund duties and taxes charged by your delivery country.

Rest of World
10-20 business days service: Shipping on all orders is charged at $60. Customer may be asked to pay duties and taxes. We will not refund duties and taxes charged by your delivery country.

HEAVY GOODS SURCHARGE 

A heavy goods surcharge will be charged for non-UK orders of the 5l Amenity refill jugs.

ONCE YOU HAVE PLACED YOUR ORDER WE CANNOT CHANGE YOUR SHIPPING ADDRESS

Please check your shipping address carefully before you check out. Once you have placed your order we are not able to change the shipping address.

DELIVERY TO PO BOXES

Unfortunately, our international couriers (ie anything outside the UK) are unable to deliver to PO boxes.  We kindly request that you supply us with a standard postal address instead.

PALLETISED GOODS

If the order placed requires pallets due to very large volume or weight, additional shipping charges may apply and be chargeable ahead of despatch.
